Background & Experience
Having previously completed my degree in Law at the University of Ulster, I am excited to be continuing my legal studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies this year with an aim to qualify as a solicitor in 2019.
I started my career in the public sector as an Executive Assistant working closely with in-house legal representatives and senior management. During this time I assisted with the preparation of defending a number of Judicial Reviews as well as dealing with any requests under the Data Protection Act 1998 and Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I joined MKB Law Solicitors in February 2015 as Personal Assistant to company director, Gordon McElroy. Since then I have assisted in a number of wide ranging matters primarily within the Corporate and Commercial Property Departments. I am thrilled to continue working within the MKB Corporate team as a trainee solicitor under Gordon’s guidance.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, horses and blogging.
