Background & Experience
Having completed my degree in Law and Economics at the University of Ulster, I continued my law studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, qualifying as a practicing solicitor in September 2011.
I previously worked for the Allied Irish Bank GB based in London, where my main areas of focus lay in corporate banking and finance. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, I began practicing in family law, employment law, litigation and human rights.
A large portion of my work is representing clients at Courts and Tribunals, and I have always been a keen advocate.
I joined MKB Law in the summer of 2015, specialising in employment law and litigation. Employment is a vast area of law practice, covering the legal rights of both the employee and employer, including: recruitment, employment contracts, equal pay, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and fair employment rights. I also assist with personal injury claims.
As one of the leading employment and litigation solicitors in Belfast, I am delighted to be a part of the MKB Law team.
In my spare time I am a keen marathon and trail runner. I am also actively involved in charity fundraising work, specifically for Diabetes UK and Tiny Life.
