Free Wills Month – October 2019

Published 2 October 2019. By Kym Horner

MKB Law are pleased to be participating once again in Free Wills Month this October!

If you or your spouse are aged 55 and over, we invite you to make your Will with us free of charge – all we ask is that you leave a gift to the Free Wills Month group of nominated charities. You may make a single Will or ‘mirrored’ Wills for couples. If you already have a Will in place and wish for it to be amended, we will also cover this free of charge.

Most UK charities depend on legacies for up to half their income – by taking part in this campaign you could help one or more of these worthy causes. The nominated charities supporting Free Wills Month work for a variety of causes, and their services help to protect and improve the lives of millions of people.

Although you are under no obligation, by leaving a gift in your Will to Free Wills Month, it will cost you nothing now but it will make a big difference in years to come.

Anne Wilson of MKB Law is recognised as a specialist in the field of Wills & Estates and is a member of the worldwide organisation STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners).

Anne comments: “I would encourage anyone who is over 55, and not yet made their Will, to make an appointment with myself this October. The process itself takes only minutes to complete – it will give you peace of mind and you will be helping a selection of well-respected charities in the process.”

We invite you to book your appointment with us this October, please contact us today: 028 9024 2450 or info@mkblaw.co.uk
