About Amy
Amy Collins is a solicitor in the Employment team at MKB Law, acting for a range of clients both individual and corporate. Amy advises on both employment law matters and corporate immigration matters. Her highlights include:
Representing a number of businesses and individuals in relation to tribunal proceedings issued at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal Northern Ireland;
Acting for a number of individual clients, including directors and shareholders in negotiating exit from the business on favourable terms;
Assisting a number of businesses in obtaining a sponsor license, and subsequently sponsoring migrants on Tier 2 visas;
Providing employment support for a number of high value corporate mergers and acquisitions;
Presenting and giving seminars on a number of employment and immigration topics, including the impact of Brexit on talent retention and resourcing.
