“Having a delicate and emotional case, I felt daunted by the thought of having to detail my experiences to someone I had not met before, but this fear quickly dissipated when I met with Billy Muir. Very quickly I felt at ease and we were able to professionally and empathetically go through my case. He helped me understand the next steps and my anxiety started to reduce. Billy, thank you for your patient personable approach and for reaching a conclusion that offered me terms whereby I was able to move on and feel I have contributed to an improved working environment for my former colleagues.”
