About Lauren
Lauren Fullerton specialises in Private Client Law, particularly wills, estate planning, probates, trusts and inheritance tax. She is an Accredited Mediator and member of the worldwide organisation, TEP (STEP). Lauren practised as a Barrister at the Bar of Northern Ireland for over ten years prior to joining MKB Law, in the areas of trusts, probate, insolvency and land law. Lauren also assists in the areas of Residential Property, Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
Lauren’s highlights include:
Co- authoring the ‘Law of Property in Northern Ireland’ (2014);
Lecturing part-time at the University of Ulster, University of Essex and University College Dublin;
Role of Senior Lecturer and Course Director at Griffith College Dublin;
Tutoring at Queen’s University of Belfast Institute of Professional Legal Studies;
Role of Supervisor at the Department of Land Economy in the University of Cambridge.
