Niamh Murphy is a trainee solicitor at MKB Law having recently completed her undergraduate Law with Politics degree at Queens University Belfast. Niamh is set to commence her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2021 and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor in October 2023. At MKB Law, Niamh is a member of both the Debt Recovery and Insolvency department and the Dispute Resolution department.

In the Debt Recovery and Insolvency department, Niamh assists in recovering debts for business and with bankruptcy matters by issuing statutory demands and petitions alongside cases of defending debtors in bankruptcy cases. In the Disputes team, she assists with a range of contentious litigation matters involving both businesses and individuals.

Niamh enjoys travelling, going to concerts and spending time with her 3 dogs.
