About Pamela
Pamela Charters has extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing acting variously for individuals, developers, private investors, companies and lenders across the full spectrum of property matters, from site acquisitions, disposals, sales under controllership orders, Estate sales, equity releases, lifetime mortgages, transfers of equity, equity purchases, right to buy schemes, mortgages and refinancing, peer to peer lending, additional charges, repossessions, new developments (acting variously for Developers, Builders and prospective purchasers on other developments), Management Company issues, boundary issues and adverse possession as well as managing the Residential Property Department at MKB Law.
Pamela’s highlights include:
Reviewing and reporting on Title to property portfolio in the biggest receivership in NI history at that time on behalf of a major lending institution.
Acting for a high number of Purchasers in a well-known development in 2007 at the height of the downturn – class action taken against the Developer; negotiated separate terms for our clients and all completed on favourable basis without recourse to litigation.
Acting on behalf of a high volume of large and small-scale Developers in NI.
