Our client Andras House Ltd has recently acquired the popular ETAP Hotel situated on Dublin Road in Belfast. Built in 2013, the hotel has 146 ensuite bedrooms spread across 7 floors and is surrounded by various restaurants, pubs and the bustling Trademarket complex.

MKB Law Director Maria Conway was delighted to act on behalf of Andras House, alongside Robert Toland of Cushman & Wakefield McCombe Pierce.

This latest addition to the Andras House portfolio aligns with their continuous expansion which also includes prominent hotels such as the Crowne Plaza, Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn, and the Ibis hotels in Belfast and Coleraine.
