Neil Logan is a Director at MKB Law and heads up the firm’s corporate banking and finance division. Before joining MKB, Neil was the banking and finance partner of a large Belfast law firm and latterly spent time working in an international firm based out of their Dublin office.

Neil has an extensive knowledge of the banking and finance industry in Northern Ireland, Ireland and across the United Kingdom. He has represented numerous financial institutions in the areas of real estate finance, development finance, acquisition funding, mezzanine lending and corporate lending. Although primarily representing lending institutions, Neil also provides representation to the firm’s wide range of corporate and individual clients on all aspects of financial lending transactions.

Outside Interests:
Neil is married to Orlaith, they have 3 children and a dog called Baby. Neil is an avid sports fan and can regularly be found in North London supporting his beloved Tottenham Hotspur. He is also a lifelong GAA fan and enjoys watching his son Oisin play for their local club – Neil still lives in hope of seeing Antrim lift the Sam Maguire one day!
