Cathy is a residential property solicitor with over 25 years’ experience. After studying Law at the University of Liverpool, Cathy attended Chester Law School where she qualified as a solicitor. She trained and spent a number of years working in both Kent and Cornwall before returning home to Northern Ireland 5 years ago. She has enjoyed returning to the busy Belfast market and was pleased to join MKB Law in February 2026.

In her role, Cathy advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing, providing strategic abd detail-focused guidance. Her approach is friendly and  professional, grounded in extensive practical experience.

Outside Interests: Cathy enjoys travelling, the theatre, yoga and spending quality time with family and friends.
