Chris Quinn

Chris Quinn is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department at MKB Law. He received his legal education at Queen’s University Belfast, to Postgraduate level, followed by professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Chris advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, compromise agreements, commercial contracts, commercial leases, and trademark applications.

He also advises on liquor licence applications and appears regularly before the Magistrates Court and County Court in respect of licensing matters, to include Protection Orders, Licence Transfers and Renewal Applications.

Chris further assists with Private Client matters and has full experience in drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, trusts and estate planning.

Outside Interests:
Outside of work, Chris enjoys cinema, reading history, playing squash and being routinely beaten by his 8-year-old nephew at mini-golf!
