Daniel McCracken
Daniel is a solicitor at MKB Law and heads up the Private Client Team. Before joining MKB Law, Daniel worked at a local firm for over 10 years specialsing in Private Client matters and Dispute Resolution. Daniel gained recognition in the Legal 500 where he was noted as ‘outstanding’ with ‘excellent technical skills and attention to detail’. Daniel also qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2024.
Daniel has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including dealing with issues when matters become contentious. Daniel’s focus includes the following:
- Succession planning
- Wills & Estates
- Trusts
- Care and capacity issues including controllerships, enduring powers of attorney and other matters relating to the Office of Care & Protection
- Will validity claims
- Trust & Estate disputes including inheritance claims
- Family land disputes include proprietary estoppel claims

Outside Interests:
Daniel enjoys teaching and training in Ju Jitsu, as well as playing guitar and attending concerts.
