James Boyd is a solicitor within the Corporate and Commercial team at MKB Law. James is involved in all manner of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder matters as well as partnership agreements and disputes.

He has a particular interest in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and lease renewals having acted for a range of landlords and tenants across Northern Ireland.

Law Society of Northern Ireland; Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association.

Outside Interests:
Outside of work, James volunteers at his local Trussell Trust Foodbank. He also enjoys hiking and accumulating antique furniture!
