Associate Director Emma Smyth was pleased to have recently acted on behalf of a property investor in the redevelopment of a period property in Antrim into five apartments and a townhouse.

The Edwardian property is located on the Belfast Road in Muckamore, on the outskirts of Antrim town. Now known as Roycroft Apartments, it was originally built as a private residence between the late 1910s/early 20s. The refurbishment of the property has retained much of the original detailing along with new period features, in keeping with the overall character of the building.

Our client has also completed a number of other new development schemes in the vicinity of this latest project, all of which have been finished to the highest standard, giving them a distinctive and classic aesthetic.

Emma comments: ‘We are delighted to have assisted our client in the disposals of the individual units within the popular Roycroft development in Antrim.
