MKB Law, in partnership with the Belfast Chamber, were pleased to host an exclusive business lunch on Thursday 11 May at the Europa Hotel in Belfast with guest speaker, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson.

The event, the second in a series of new networking lunches for 2023, affords members of the local business community the opportunity to meet with leaders from Northern Ireland’s main political parties. The previous business lunch featured guest speaker Michelle O’Neill and both events have proven to be extremely informative and useful to attendees, who include representatives from across the property, hospitality, retail and financial sectors.

In addition to Mr Donaldson, who spoke on issues such as the Protocol, the Northern Ireland planning regime and Belfast’s role as the “engine” of the economy, attendees also heard from MKB Law’s Associate Director Lynsey Henderson.

Lynsey commented: “MKB Law shares a number of common objectives and aims with the Chamber in that we are both focused on listening to local businesses’ needs. We pride ourselves on being able to understand local business, their management frameworks and most importantly the challenges they face in order to help them build the strongest possible framework for investment and future growth.”
