Background & Experience
I graduated from University of Ulster in 2012 with a degree in Law and Criminology. I then worked as a paralegal and legal assistant within the public sector before joining MKB Law in 2015 as managing director, Gordon McElroy’s Personal Assistant during which time I assisted heavily in a number of corporate and commercial property transactions.
I began my training contract in September 2017 under Gordon’s guidance and qualified in September 2019 having completed my studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
I am now involved in all manners of corporate transactions within the corporate team at MKB Law including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and restructures. In addition to my work in the corporate department I assist in a wide range of commercial property transactions advising both private clients as landlord or tenant as well as financial institutions.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, socialising and blogging.
