Rachel Scroggie is a solicitor in the Private Client department at MKB Law. Rachel deals in all areas relating to the administration of estates and private client matters including applying for probate, wills and EPA, and estate planning and drafting.

Rachel is also responsible for registering Enduring Power of Attorneys and making Controllership applications to the Office of Care and Protection in the event of mental incapacity.
