Associate Director Lynsey Henderson was pleased to have recently concluded another commercial lease for prime retail premises located in Belfast City Centre.

Skincare powerhouse Dermalogica are soon set to open their first store in Northern Ireland at our client’s premises at 7 Arthur Square – part of the iconic red-brick and sandstone Mayfair building built in 1906, next to Molton Brown.

Lynsey, who acts exclusively in relation to this client’s extensive investment property portfolio has also been engaged to act in a number of other commercial leases in the same area, notably Ernest Jones (currently in fit-out stage) and clothing-brand Mint Velvet (now open to the public).
