Associate Director, Lynsey Henderson who specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, was pleased to oversee the successful completion of an asset sale for prominent Belfast estate agent, Pinpoint Property.

The deal involved the sale of Pinpoint’s rental portfolio to Quicklet, a residential lettings and management agency in Northern Ireland, and marks a significant milestone in the strategic direction of Pinpoint’s business going forward.

Pinpoint was established in 1999 by Nick Brennan and will now continue to grow the already established and well recognised brand. Nick and his team will concentrate on the sales, land, new homes and block management aspects of the business.
