Corporate and commercial solicitor Lynsey Henderson was delighted to recently act in the sale of Kingsway Shopping Centre on behalf of one of her long-standing business clients.

Kingsway Shopping Centre

Located in Dunmurry, the dominant and popular retail property is home to a multitude of tenants, most notably anchored by Tesco.

The Commercial Property team at MKB Law haven’t noted much downturn in terms of property transactions and have been thrilled to act in a number of both high-value commercial property acquisitions and disposals of late.

Investment transactions in the market have significantly outperformed predictions for the first half of the year alone with no signs of slowing for the second half, signalling a level of investor confidence in the local commercial real estate sector.

Lynsey comments “when selling your commercial real estate, it is vital to have a trusted and experienced solicitor who understands business transactions to negotiate the terms of the contract and ensure the process runs smoothly. I am pleased to have been trusted to oversee this transaction and to see it complete. I am sure that it will continue to perform well for the new owners”.

Commercial property can be complex; at MKB Law we recognise the intricacy of the process and how important such transactions are to your business – for further information on our services, please visit our Commercial Property section.
